For over twelve years I have had the honor of working with people who have chosen to heal themselves from the inside out. People who were not interested in settling for limitation: Be it physical, intellectual, emotional or spiritual.

You may feel those limitations as a chronic pain in your lower back; or a held believe that no longer serves you but you don’t know how to change; or you get sick every change of season; or perhaps you just have a general feeling of stuckness in your life. You know that life is more than just managing these limitations – that life is about living out loud and to your full potential. So you started your journey of healing. Keeping people company on their journey is what I do.
